Branan Field Frontage Roads[ Project Map Download ]SR 23 (Branan Field / Chaffee) Frontage Roads From Old Jennings Road to North of Oakleaf Plantation Parkway Financial Project ID: 429304-2 & 429304-1 Clay County, Florida The proposed transportation improvements consist of the construction of a northbound and a southbound frontage road along each side of the future First Coast Outer Beltway mainline roadway. Both frontage roads will begin at Old Jennings and will end north of Oakleaf Plantation Parkway. The Northbound Frontage Road consists of new road construction along the east side of the existing SR 23 Branan Field/ Chaffee roadway. The Southbound Frontage Road consists of milling and resurfacing the existing SR 23 Branan Field / Chaffee roadway. These frontage roads will ultimately become a part of the First Coast Outer Beltway project. |
